The Lions fell to a comprehensive 50-0 defeat against a clinical Higginshaw side on Saturday. Despite the lopsided scoreline, there were some positives to take from the game, particularly the strong showing from our middle unit who competed well throughout the contest.
Higginshaw demonstrated their attacking prowess from the outset, running in multiple unanswered tries while the Lions struggled to convert their periods of pressure into points.
